Founded in 2003, iGrentech specializes in the development and manufacturing of wireless connectivity devices for international customers. Over the years, we have built a practical manufacturing system that combines product engineering, production execution, quality control, and OEM / ODM support under one roof.
With more than 150 employees and a team that includes experienced engineering and industry professionals, we are able to support both standard product supply and customized project development. Our focus is not only on delivering hardware, but on helping customers launch market-ready products with stable quality, efficient communication, and dependable lead-time control.
Factory and Production Environment
Our factory is located in Bao’an District, Shenzhen, and is equipped to support both routine production and project-based manufacturing needs. From SMT and module testing to assembly and aging tests, our production flow is designed to support consistent output and better process control.
This manufacturing foundation allows us to serve customers in wireless networking and IoT-related sectors with greater flexibility, whether the project involves standard models, private-label supply, or customized development.
Factory Production Capacity
With more than 10 production lines and a factory area of over 4700 square meters, iGrentech has the capacity to support both stable repeat orders and scalable OEM / ODM programs.
Our production system is supported by advanced equipment and organized process management, enabling us to handle key stages such as SMT, assembly, testing, and final packaging with higher efficiency and consistency. This helps us support customers who need reliable manufacturing for wireless modules, WiFi repeaters, WiFi adapters, and related connectivity devices.
We also support different cooperation models, including OEM manufacturing, buyer-label programs, and project-based customization, depending on product platform and business requirements.
Quality Control
To ensure product performance and production consistency, we use dedicated testing and inspection equipment as part of our daily manufacturing process. These tools support quality verification for PCB assembly, function testing, and production-line control.
Our inspection capability is backed by in-line QC / QA teams and equipment such as AOI systems, helping us identify problems earlier and improve control over finished-product reliability.
R&D Capacity
iGrentech has an R&D team of more than 20 people, covering software, hardware, and testing functions. Core team members bring strong experience in wireless communication, RF-related development, and product platform support.
We invest more than 5% of annual sales into research and development to support continuous product improvement and long-term technical capability. We also maintain cooperation with major chipset and semiconductor partners, which helps us respond more efficiently to platform selection, customization requests, and product optimization projects.
